Monthly bookkeeping, quarterly meetings with financial statement analysis, sales tax preparation and filing, corporate year end preparation and filing, individual tax returns for owner(s)/shareholder(s) or partners of business. Price will be set after our first consultation  with no hidden fee.

Everything in Year Round Accounting, plus weekly payroll service. Price will be set after our first consultation  with no hidden fee

If you are working as an independent contractor and want to incorporate or just want to begin your own business, we will create a C Corp, S Corp or LLC. Price dependent on the type of entity formed.

Our tax preparation services include analyzing bank and credit card statements  to find all expenses that can be used for those not incorporated; light  bookkeeping/bank reconciliation for individuals that are incorporated. Price based on the amount of activity in the business bank accounts.

We will sit down ,gauge where you are in your business, how our firm may be able to help and finally see if we are a fit. There is no charge for this visit.
